"From the booking description and the photos, it looked like a hot tub was included. It was not. Infact, we would have had no option for a hot tub as 2 were damaged and the others booked. Had we realised it wasn’t included, we wouldn’t have booked. The host explained on arrival that the deal on the gas BBQ disintegrated ‘last week’ the auto ignition on the job was burnt ‘last week’ and the glass plate to cover the job and allow surface space was smashed ‘last week’ so amenities were lacking. "Great property, clean, excellent master bedroom, well equiped, brilliant location and in a peaceful spot, however the hot tub stopped working / went to standby mode and couldnt be used so felt like the one main reason we booked this property and couldnt use it.
The stairs are very steep and were difficult to go up and down.
Ideal for kielder and surrounding areas. "
