"I would not stay here again. The room was on the third floor facing the street, there was no elevator, and it was so noisy. The breakfast was minimal. No toast, muffins, or bagels. Getting into the parking lot, you have to go in the Texas Road House Restaurant lot, and drive up a steep hill. ..."

"On Thursday at 2:30 PM , I wanted to get a room assignment because I had an event until 9PM. Jessica said no in an unconcerned manner. I know preroom assignments can be done. On Saturday, Jessica tried to give me the receipt for room 415 vs mine in 315. She had no good customer service."
