The expression that says “it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the whole barrel” was the only reason I am extremely upset with this hotel. The manager is kind, the staff are helpful, the rooms are nice but one particular member of staff spoiled the whole experience and he did it in our last moments. I will never visit this hotel again nor will I recommend it to anyone solely based on his behaviour.

Mixed review experience

This is a beautiful, cozy little property near to the main attractions but off the beaten path enough to feel less touristy. It’s well taken care of, has a gorgeous pool, delicious continental breakfast, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, I personally wouldn’t return because the beds are truly an awful experience. They are INCREDIBLY hard, lumpy and bouncy. My friend and I had literal bruises on our arms from springs in the night. Additionally, the bedding is terribly thin and too small to even be considered fully covered in the night. The shower pressure was great, but the shower itself very small, with doors that don’t fully close and leak, making a mess in the room for each bathing.

Hotel is in an area close to different atractions, but even the staff is ok, could be a lot of space for improvement. Internet didn’t work the second night and the front office guy told me at the begging that there was something wrong in my devices and later realize the signal works really bad.

Unser Zimmer blickte auf das Pool im Innenhof. Das Zimmer, das wirklich sehr groß war, wurde täglich sehr sauber und gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück hätte mit mehr Auswahl ausfallen können. Anonsten war die Lage für uns gut, das Hotel und das Personal wirklich hilfsbereit und gut.
