"When we checked we were told there were no king rooms available. The friends we were traveling with were told there were no king rooms available AT THIS time but they could wait for one. Luckily I over heard what their desk representative was telling them because even after I stated that I paid for a king room the rep I was working with didn’t offer for us to wait for a room to be ready. When inquired about a change in the price for not getting any he room type I paid for I was told no price changes because you booked through a third party. When I said we will wait for a king room like our friends were offered he relent"

"No Wifi. Repeat, no wifi. I had to use my hotspot. Also, received unrequested wake-up calls (2x) on the 2nd morning of my stay at 6:20 am. The property is tired-looking and long overdue for a renovation. Bathrooms are old with fabric shower curtains. There are no plugs next to the beds, and the key card never worked properly. The staff is lovely - this was the main positive. "
