"We requested a third-floor room way in mid-September for a first weekend in October. When we checked in, we were told that all third-floor rooms had been sold out. We stayed on the first floor next to the exit to the outside parking lot and near the elevators. "Good Breakfast clean room great staff 10/10"

"Staff really nice , breakfast ok not too great"

"The room was exceptionally clean, and I must add that it was very quiet as well. As I was traveling for business, I enjoyed a restful night of sleep. Furthermore, the cuisine at the Haven restaurant was truly delicious."

"The room was perfect and close enough to Disneyland to walk. It was to park the car behind a gate too."

"We loved our day great location, clean rooms. The only downside is the breakfast closest super early in the morning so if you’re not there by 8:30 you’re out of luck. It was a basic continental breakfast so not missing much, but to be closed by 9 seems early for vacationers"

"At front disk guy was not helpful and he was so unprofessional. Period •"

"Very clean room and friendly staff"

"Good"

"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy. My mom and I have been staying here for ~20 years or so now and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is amazing (especially their breakfast staff), the breakfast is pretty great (shoutout to their chefs making custom omelets every morning), and the transportation to and from Disneyland was made very easy. Additionally, they let my mom and I switch to two queen beds instead of one king when we checked in, and they honored our original price....
