"It was difficult to know what to do or where to go. It is a very neat place, which is lovely but a little bit interesting to navigate as a guest. We came on a Monday and the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t have dinner there. There was also a large group that was taking up the shared space upstairs so we couldn’t hang out there either. The place is absolutely beautiful, it may have just been an off time for us to be there."

"A wonderful room for my handicap mom, thanks to all"

"Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city."

"All was good"

That’s poor planning and not caring. Also, shower head was pointed towards the back wall and could not be adjusted away. You had to lean into the wall to get the water. Probably something you can deal with but the grab bar was right where the water came down. I know why they did it so that water would not...

"Been here several times visiting downtown ROA, for business meetings and downtown was sold out but this place doesn’t disappoint at all, worth the trip down the highway or main roads depending on traffic. 10/15 minutes tops I love it. Staff is amazing."

"Very clean and beautiful hotel, opened July 2026. The beds are very comfortable and the shower is a nice size with good water pressure. Very friendly front desk. I wish they had more breakfast options."

"Room was clean. We had a room near the elevator, we ended up going to Walmart and buying a boxfan that elevator bell is so loud and it goes off all night, barely got any sleep the first night. Told staff they laughed it off should have been given sometype of refund"

"Staff was exceptional; room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke which I reported to management to ensure I wasn’t blamed. The food was excellent!"
