Unknown , no elevator and room on the 2nd floor with a long walk to get to the front door. Only 1 window in the space . Clean and comfortable but too inconvenient , especially with a dog .

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — close to everything I needed. However, the front desk receptionist seemed unfriendly and appeared to be having a bad day on both days of my stay. While the accommodations were great, the customer service at check-in and check-out could be improved

Everything was clean and inviting. Entry into the building was easy with a provided code. My first thought walking into the room was “I could live here!” It’s quiet in the building, and Emily (front desk) and housekeeping were very friendly and professional. I’d stay here again.
