"We had difficulty with the contactless check in. We were told we would be given an access code at a set time ,but we were not, and we had no additional message. At the door we were able to speak to someone, via intercom, that told us our room wasn’t ready. An hour later we were given our access code. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Perfect location."

"Loved our stay! So nice to have someone so easy, clean, and comfortable after a long day on the Camino. Initially we didn't have any check in details but after a quick call, that was sorted out immediately and we were allowed to check in earlier, meaning we didn't have to wait around all sweaty after our hiking. "This was our best stay on the Camino. Absolutely loved the location, and the homey feel. It was roomy and fully equipped. My only complaint would be that the hot water tank was only good for 1 1/2 showers. Be sure to space out your showers or you will end with a cold shower. "

"This place was great. We stayed in a beautiful clean comfortable room with a balcony and kitchenette, at a great price. We stayed in one of their Pamplona properties. We will definitely be checking out their others when we get to Madrid and Malaga. They don't have customer service staff at the location but any messages we sent them through WhatsApp were answered promptly."

"I stayed one night as I was doing the Camino. Perfect place to get a little rest and not too far from the original Camino path. You can do laundry and the place is very cozy. Also it was just renovated when I visited so everything was pretty new. The bathroom is 5* The hosts were super helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here!"
