"Really good stay for 2 nights visiting Glencoe mountains. Very good service and was ideal for us. It is 40 minutes drive south of Glencoe but was good value for money and the room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Bath was ideal for soaking muscles after a long day. There are shops and places to eat close by. We had a smash burger from the campsite takeaway right next door by the river. Great."

I was bit concerned for the heating and facilities for it being a one room lodge with what seems not the most cold resistant insulation around windows and doors. "We stayed in The Barn for a couple of nights, a wonderful house , very comfortable, plenty of space. It was a little cold, and did take a while to heat up after we turned the heat on. One thing to note, there are no instructions on how to use the beautiful Falcon stove. Maybe a simple sign in the kitchen , with the basic instructions please, for those like us who have no experience with this type of stove."
