"A beautiful hotel in an amazing place
Loved our stay for one night before climbing Teide
My only comment would be food Provision - the restaurant is beautiful but the menu is expensive and limited. There is a cafe bar but that stops serving food at 5pm
Particularly for hikers more choice at a more reasonable price (or cafe open longer) would be great"

"2 overnatninger ifm besøg på Teide.
Slidt og gammelt inventar
Værelserne forekom at være nussede
Aircondition koblet fra så vi ikke kunne køle værelset ned.
Uhjælpsomt personale
Dog lækker morgenmad, der giver den sidste stjerne.
Spa benyttede vi ikke."

"This is a beautiful, peaceful spot away from the tourist bustle of the coast. The hotel has excellent facilities and the staff were all extremely helpful & friendly.
Situated just outside Teide National Park, it is an ideal base for exploring."

"Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months."
