"Apartment style hotel. Good sized, comfortable rooms. We did not cook but the unit had a cook top and seemed to have all the cooking supplies you'd need. If you are facing the main street it can be a bit noisy due to the traffic and nearby cafes but it's only an issue if the windows are open. There's a laundry facility that you pay via and app that was much appreciated and the machines worked well. The hotel has onsite parking with a typically tight Spanish parking garage. "Aristieta is located in a beautiful, quiet, bucolic area of Kanpantxu, near Gernika. It is part of an organic farmstead operated by Alex and his wife, the hosts. Their home and farmhouse has been lovingly restored by their family and friends and is a unique property in every sense of the word.
