"Staff were very welcoming on arrival. Giving complimentary orange juice or cava! Throughout the stay the staff offered kind advice and helped make the time a lot more enjoyable. The hotel breakfast buffet is good for variety and easy to get a table! Pool loungers are a premium - prepare to reserve or or be disappointed by early risers reserving! Proximity to beach is second to none - electric code on the gate to the pool and you’re out on the public walkway at the beach."

"Beautiful hotel and great pool and spa. Lifeguard couldn’t do more for you with towels and parasols etc. checking all was ok. Very slow service for drinks at the pool. Stated was my husband’s 40th on the booking during our stay but nothing acknowledged which was disappointing but otherwise a really beautiful hotel with great location and services."

"I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel NH Málaga. I’ve stayed at several NH properties before, and this one did not disappoint. The hotel is about a 15–20 minute ride from the airport. I arrived a few hours before check-in and was pleasantly surprised when they accommodated me early. The staff were friendly throughout my stay, but Patricia stood out. She provided excellent customer service, great recommendations, and made me feel welcome from day one. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was great, and the air conditioning exceeded expectations. With the Málaga heat, I expected a battle with the thermostat, but the room stayed cool the entire time. The bathroom and shower were also larger than expected. The pool was smaller than I had hoped, but the pool deck and bar area were fantastic and made for a great place to relax. I had dinner at the restaurant and would give it 4/5 stars. The hotel bar earned 5/5 stars. The bartenders were attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent cocktails. The complimentary drink vouchers from the staff certainly didn’t hurt. The gym was decent, but the biggest highlight is the location. Most of Málaga’s top sights, restaurants, and the waterfront are an easy walk away. Overall, a fantastic stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed one night at Hotel ILUNION Málaga after extending my trip and deciding to try a different hotel. I’m glad I did. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating areas, and as a dog lover, I appreciated the treats available for pets at reception. Check-in was quick and effortless, and I was able to upgrade my room for just €20. One nice surprise was the complimentary minibar. It’s not stocked like a Vegas high-roller suite, just a few waters, soft drinks, and snacks. But it definitely came in handy. The fitness facilities are excellent. The gym is well-equipped, and the wellness area includes both a sauna and steam room. They also have showers that alternate between hot and cold water in 20-second intervals, which either makes you feel rejuvenated or briefly question your life choices. The pool is larger than expected and even includes a swim jet for swimming in place. My room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a bed that made it difficult to get moving in the morning. I didn’t have a chance to try the hotel bar or restaurant, but both looked inviting. After checkout, the front desk happily stored my luggage for four hours while I enjoyed one last walk around Málaga, which was a nice touch and made my departure much easier. Overall, Hotel ILUNION Málaga delivered a great experience from start to finish. Comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, friendly service, and a convenient location."
