"The owner of this property left us abandoned and helpless. We arrived in Rome after 11pm, which the host knew in advance and acknowledged. Though the check in window was earlier than this, we thoroughly communicated our late arrival with the staff, and they assured us that it was okay. They did not indicate that there would be any issues with our late arrival especially since we have advanced notice. When it came time to check in, the host was unresponsive even after multiple calls and messages...

"The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good."
