"Check in process and address was misleading. Ended up at a address which was 1.5hrs away from igloo. Address they gave in a message was wrong. Breakfast on first day was not suitable (there excuse was it was off season). Second morning after complaining they adjusted and improved. Sauna was great. View from igloo was pretty. "Enjoyed staying in the igloo. Staff very helpful. Used a great local taxi (arranged by reception) to get around as uber declined to pick us up. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity but easy to get to Santa village and town centre. We stayed when there was no snow and snow hotel was not built, so will return in the snowy season to see it."
