"Simply charming. Located just a block from the Old Town and surrounded by medieval buildings, churches, and towers. Everything was perfect; the breakfast was delicious and made to order. "The very clean room that I stayed in was very large and perfectly appointed extra pillows and blankets were in the closet closet. It was a very comfortable room windows had room darkening curtains. Excellent for night sleeping. The bathroom was superb with a towel dryer, a hair dryer, a bidet toilet, and the shower was supreme. "Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location."

"The communication with the host was a bit confusing as I was told that a “colleague” would be there but, actually, it was the host’s mother. Altogether the family was very nice and helpful (could leave my luggage at early arrival and go explore). The room was cute with a comfy bed, maybe a little overstuffed with mismatched old furniture. Everything was sparkling clean. A fridge and a kettle were provided. Only upon arrival I realised that my room did not have an ensuite but a shared bathroom....

"The view... it's magnificent! Walk out the door of your room and be confronted with the pure beauty of Tuscany. Breakfast is very good . A lot choices and was included in the price . Staff is great always try to help you . Location is good , just 600 mts from San Gimignano main entrance . You don’t need a car to go close to inside the walls . Parking is difficult in the area but you will find a spot away from the hotel .!...
