"We had a junior suite facing the garden on one side where the patio is. The staff were outstanding on every level. The shuttle was a great advantage as we would park and get a ride down. Having somewhere to put bathroom items would be great. I know we should pack lighter but will never happen."

No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel.
