"Bed was comfortable, but room was not the cleanest. There were long black hairs in the sink, crumbs on the floor. The elevators were shaky and made terrible noises that made us feel a little uneasy in them. Breakfast options were good, just not very warm."

"Had issue with adjoining room. Guest was loud, obnoxious, and stayed up til 2:30am, keeping us up. When I called the front desk to complain, the guest argued with the receptionist. Nothing was done and we weren’t moved. We didn’t sleep well that night, our only night there! "

"The hotel was horrible. When you walk by the breakfast area is smelled as if raw sewage was present. We refused to eat breakfast because it was so bad. The room floors were god awful and sticky. The shower would have been ok if the shower were cleaned. We were woken by people running up and down the halls and the floor above us throwing a party. I will not stay at this one again. "

"Smoke alarm was activated by smoking on property and we were evacuated at 3am - left us with no sleep for the rest of the night because of noise and people not respecting others. Hotel dis nothing to create peace "

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. The lobby has a classic, welcoming feel. The staff across the board from reception to breakfast lounge to housekeeping were consistently courteous, attentive, and always available when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The entire property was spotless, from the entrance all the way to the room. The room itself was spacious, as was the bathroom, with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. A couple of minor downsides: the breakfast and dinner options were somewhat limited, and there wasn’t an in-room safe (which may not matter to everyone). Also the TV, there wasn’t a wide range of channels.By the way, I almost forgot to mention about the nice indoor swimming pool and the fitness room, nice add-ons. Would I come back? Absolutely yes!"
