A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!

Forgot to bring swimming suit but easy to buy one from the village shop. The pool is nice with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Thumbs up!

Not as good as last year in a few areas. Stayed 14 nights but housekeeping was sporadic. Room/toilet never cleaned. No clean mugs provided. Radiator hanging off the wall. Reception staff were very helpful but a couple of the bar staff were quite rude. Every night. Still no vegetarian dishes- only ...
