Gentile Cristiano, Nel ringraziarla per il tempo dedicato a recensire il suo soggiorno, notiamo come abbia voluto portare in evidenza le camere del Torre Hotel spaziose e luminose, e non solo anche il rapporto con il personale attento nelle pulizie e sempre gentile per offrire un bel soggiorno ai nostri ospiti. Rispettando anche le nuove regole che sono imposte per la tutela della salute, ma questo non fa mancare un ottima colazione. Gentile eva maria, La ringraziamo per le belle parole spese riguardo il nostro staff e le nostre camere, per quanto riguarda la colazione è stata strutturata in modo tale che ogni cliente abbia il suo spazio e delle vie di entrata e uscita che garantiscono distanze adeguate e un controllo coerente con le norme anticovid. Per evitare lo stazionamento e passaggio da parte dei clienti in zone non adebite sono presenti per ciascun tavolo dei segnaposti con indicata la camera del cliente e tale tavolo viene comunque mantenuto durante il soggiorno se non su specifica richiesta di modifica da parte del cliente stesso. tali norme quando non rispettate dai clienti possono essere riportate direttamente al nostro staff sia in sala colazione che in sala reception in modo che possa intervenire sul momento in caso di criticità. Chère Véronique, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de rédiger votre avis, nous sommes désolés d'entendre ce que vous avez indiqué. À cet égard, nous tenons à préciser tout en comprenant que ses attentes n'ont pas été reflétées, que la vue sur la mer qu'offre un séjour à l'hôtel Torre est une force de la structure non isolée située à l'extrémité de la ville de Torre dei Corsari, comme vous l'avez peut-être remarqué sur les descriptions des différents portails en ligne. Cela permet, comme le soulignent nombre de nos clients, de passer de bonnes vacances avec une belle vue, une plage équipée à proximité, mais aussi des services très utiles concentrés sur la place de la station balnéaire à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Nous tenons à préciser que nous opérons avec un nettoyage et assainissement des chambres à l'aide de produits spécifiques et de vapeur, les fourmis ne sont pas apparues lors de la livraison de la chambre, un épisode qui n'a jamais été comparé au personnel disponible 24h / 24, pour un bien séjour. Nous sommes convaincus qu'une comparaison aurait conduit à une excellente solution. Une conversation a cependant eu lieu au sujet de la climatisation, mais pour sa part l'épisode a été minimisé avec l'ouverture possible des fenêtres. Le personnel serviable mais discret respectant le client n'est pas intervenu. Le lendemain, nous avons vérifié la climatisation et remarqué que tout était résolu simplement en mettant les bons réglages qui avaient été modifiés. Nous respectons toutes les opinions et prenons toujours les questions critiques comme point de départ pour améliorer la qualité de notre service, c'est pourquoi nous accueillons non seulement ses paroles avec le même esprit, mais nous nous rendons également disponibles pour une confrontation directe qui nous permet de comprendre comment nous pouvons nous améliorer. et répondre à ses attentes. Malheureusement, on ne vous a pas pu donner le programme des festivités du village puisqu’il n’existe pas de programme (comme déjà l’hôtesse vous avez dit personnellement) …chaque événement, soirée et fête n’est organisé(e)s que quelques jours avant ! Excusez-nous si on a oublié de vous communiquer que l’hôtel fourni, certaines fois, le prêt de parasol, mais il s’agit d’un service supplémentaire qui, certaines fois, on oublie de mentionner.
