"Spent 1 night for a quick getaway. Fantastic spot and unbelievable view. The mansion hotel is very cool, like you've gone back in time. Dinner and drinks at the restaurant was perfect. Sitting on the Adirondack chairs with a drink overlooking the ocean view was serene."

"When we vacationed in Newport, Rhode Island (July 2026) we stayed at the Town and Tide Inn for three days. The Inn, with only 12 rooms, was quiet and personal. The innkeepers were delightful and wonderful at making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are spaciously clean and beautifully appointed with a cottage beach vibe. "Great location. Great room for a family of 4. We stayed with our kids in a suite (located in building 2), and it was perfect. This room is not fancy but each room had a tv, a nice king bed, perfectly working AC and a bathroom to share. The room even had a mini fridge, microwave and little sink outside the bathroom. If you are considering staying here, you should! We enjoyed our stay here. They even have a poor, but there is no seating and it is a fairly deep pool, so if you have little ones like...

Bathroom had dispensers with body wash, shampoo, conditioner shower itself roomy. The room included a refrigerator, safe, ironing board, coffee maker, large screen TV. "We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated."

"Overall disappointing stay. The hotel reception and breakfast area were attractive. Standard Holiday Inn free breakfast but nice enough with ample food and good coffee. The lemon water in the reception was a nice touch. However, the hotel rooms and hallways are in serious need of major renovation. Our rooms wallpaper was peeling, the paint chipped and the sofa sagging. The mattress in the pull out sofa was old and unhygienic. The bath vanity appeared to be replaced, but the bathtub vinyl...
