"Angela was so kind and welcoming. This inn felt like home. The breakfast was delicious and made to order each morning. We were about a twenty minute walk from the center of Newport. It was far enough away that everything was so quiet. We commented several times that we could not hear anyone in the other rooms coming and going. The common sitting area outside of the dining room was very peaceful. There are afternoon cocktails, and treats served in this room. The smell of fresh baked goods...
"This was a great location and made our trip to visit Newport complete. Our hotel slept eight people! The hotel was clean, the towels the pool and the space was great for our group. The pool was clean too! The breakfast was good and we all left full! "
"We had a room at the front of the house. It was remarkably quiet even though it faced the street and was near the front porch. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. The air conditioner kept the room cool without blowing cold air directly on us which is always a plus! We found the Inn's rooftop area to be a peaceful retreat as well. The location is in close walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
