"Friendly and accommodating staff, clean room and excellent location"

"Superb food and beverages in all outlets tried (Liv, Olivino, Wet Deck for food, cocktails at Akira). Very nice, helpful staff. Super comfortable bedding and well noise insulated rooms. Decent gym. Room for improvement: The sauna should be included in the price for guests, not for a surcharge. This needs to be updated in Expedia i.e. should be 'Sauna (surcharge)' not just 'Sauna' if it's not going to be changed. Secondly, not allowing guests to bring their own water bottles to the pool is petty and annoying, especially given its 40C heat and no water is provided at the poolside/ beach unless you want to buy mineral water. This would cost a lot for a whole day at the pool for a family and most other similar hotels do not have this arrangement - for example, Zabeel Saray provide guests with coolers filled with cold filtered water for free. Overall though it's a nice hotel, and I'd recommend particularly for couples and friend groups."

"One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a hotel. Sexual harassment at the pool area seemed very common. Men were making women extremely uncomfortable, touching women inappropriately, approaching guests with disturbing comments, and creating an unsafe environment. When I reported what happened to the reception staff, the response was dismissive and irresponsible. I was told that these individuals were “day-use guests” and that “sometimes they do that.” This is completely unacceptable and showed no concern for guest safety or protection. The reception experience overall was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was also charged significantly more than the price listed on Expedia. The advertised price was $91, yet the hotel refused to honor that rate. In addition, despite the hotel being nearly empty, I was placed alone on the sixth floor where there were no other guests. This made me feel even more uncomfortable and unsafe after what happened at the pool. I contacted the hotel directly regarding this urgent matter and never received any response. As an American traveler, I have never experienced a hotel with such lack of security, protection, professionalism, and respect toward guests. This situation was handled very poorly, and I believe compensation is absolutely warranted for the money I paid and for the horrible experience I endured. Dr Ezies"

While the receptionist, Ms. Indira, was very helpful when I reached, we were not happy with the stay after that. The AC was not working on both room and restaurant, and whenever we called for housekeeping, they were very delayed and many other issues. We really wasted our money for no reason.""
