"Room was very clean we were upgraded to a very large room it was lovely and warm. The bed was so comfortable and the staff were lovely. We had dinner on our room it was very nice thank you. We will definitely come back. "

"WE had to leave early to catch a boat, but it looked good. The lady at checkin was wonderul. This facility has no elevator and we had 4 heavy luggage. She switched our room from top floor to a bottom floor suite at no charge. Then wanted to carry bags She was VERY nice. Hotel was very clean and well kept. "

"An amazing hotel chain, our ferry was delayed big time, did not arrive until after 8am but staff were welcoming, 2 hours of the best sleep possible and was ready for the drive ahead. I have already looked for more ace hotels and i know i will be using them again, brillint for value, top for customer service Sophie was fantastic, bed was comfy and room was spotless, thank you for your efforts, we will be back"
