"4.5+ is the proper rating, so not perfect but really good. The breakfast was great, the room was clean except for one hard to clean spot behind the sink that smelled odd at first. It is in a heavy touristy area and very convenient to the beach. You have to go out a bit before you see any Vietnamese on the streets or eating at restaurants. The facility is nice enough to stay here again but I’d personally like to try staying in a less touristy area next time. "
