"Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests."

"We stayed in a standard room in the main building and it was so lovely! The breakfast was awesome and the walk down to the village was convenient. This hotel has a lovely restaurant attached with great food. Zaros Lake is just around the corner. My favorite part was the spring water running down the side of the road. A very lovely village to visit on your trip around Crete."

"Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Agapi Beach Resort. We stayed in the Premium Sea View room which didn’t disappoint. It was so wonderful to hear the waves crashing and the birds singing, making it a very relaxing holiday which we so needed. We did not use the family pool due to most of the dinners being reserved early on by other guests, however we found ample beds around the heated pool and on the beach. I’m looking to rebook for next year, however will be bringing my travel iron this time as...

"Beautiful escape in the mountains with lovely views and warm welcome. We had a great stay here enjoyed the quiet start to our holiday. Don't use google map to get to the property. Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "Lovely appointed hotel, very peaceful, convenient and with secure parking. We used this hotel for a 2 day stop over, before catching the ferry to Santorini. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel)."

"Wir reisen wirklich sehr viel aber diese Unterkunft ist eine der besten, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gesehen haben. Alle Bereiche sind super sauber und hochwertig gestaltet. Die Dachterrasse und der obere Pool sind ein Traum. Der Strand beginnt direkt außerhalb des Hotelgeländes. In der Straße des Hotels gibt es auch ein echt tolles Restaurant. Klare Empfehlung!"

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....
