Location was really handy, environment was unique and was able to meet with the owner of the property. There is no TV or Radio in the rooms

Love samoa
Excellent service provided, great breakfast, rooms are pretty standard but it’s clean and tidy.. The staff were amazing and assisted us on our stay and supportive during our tatau thank you once again

Very dirty room and facilities the pool etc outside was nice but the tiles were sharp and kids cut themselves a lot. Staff friendly, poor breakfast

Good old fashion Samoa comfort.
I enjoyed the Pasefika Inn, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. I guess it was off season or rainy season, so not many residents. I hope many guests will choose Pasefika.

Good location-
Within walking distance of all you need in Apia. Pool and outdoor area were lovely. Rooms were outdated and dark, but were expected. Has A/C. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great!

Friendly Staff and Exceptional service.
The Pasefika is very handy, Its location is ideal as it is close to the main city, some very good eateries/restaurants and also shops. I had 3 teenage kids with me on the trip and they loved their stay because of the staff and the venue.

Hotel is in great location. Breakfast is excellent. Room quality is ok. Staff are polite and helpful, and changed room to suit me upon check in. Good for 1-2 night stay.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Its a bit like back packing but more comfortable. If you are looking to save $$ for shopping and rental cars then this is the place to be. We enjoyed that there was a takeaway 2 doors down, Mini supermarket next door and car hire 2 doors over. Awesome aircon!!

Et hyggeligt familieforetagende
Det var en god oplevelse. En lille dejlig pool god plads rundt om den, både i skygge og sol plus toilet og shower. Værelset noget sparsomt indrettet men rent, det var badeværelset også.

Enkelt boende, i visst behov av renovering. Ingen hiss, ingen wifi, men trevligt, ngt avskilt o mkt tillmötesgående personal. Poolen mjukt inbäddad, användes flitigt (hiskligt varmt ute) men lugnt o avspänt.

Samoa boy.
Our stay at this hotel was fabulous. The staff was very nice and wonderful even the owners (the very nice Lady )took the time to sit with us at breakfast to talk about Samoa and its tradition. To us that was an honor.We spent 5 nights here and it was worth every penny.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to all amenities
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Location is great - there's a shop just outside the inn, an ice cream and food bar just next door that's open late, an atm there as well, a taxi stand and laundry right across the road, and great restaurants like Paddles just around the corner that you can walk to. The room size is adequate with a double bed and single. As it is a very old building, it shows in the room layout and decor. It needs a lot of work and maybe an upgrade would make it a little more appealing to the eye. However, it is comfortable and for the price you pay it is great value, so not much more to complain about there!! The staff there are the best I have encountered in Samoa!!!! They are almost like family by the time you leave. They make sure your stay is comfortable and are continuously asking if everything is OK with your stay. Both my husband and I would look forward to breakfast every morning as the staff serving you make it that much more enjoyable. A simple brekkie of Koko alaisa, toast, pawpaw, coconut, yellow buns and a hot cuppa are just what you need to start the day. On our last night our air conditioning started to play up and being 6 months pregnant I could not handle the heat. The lovely staff moved us to another vacant room right away! Overall we both experienced superior service for a budget hotel. The 5 star rating is for its friendly staff, location and value for money. We definitely enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind coming back.

Not for families!
Perfect Location. Our room was Dirty, Floor wasnt swept and had a few roaches in bathroom. 2 Adults, 3 children and they gave us 1 toilet roll. No towels supplied until I asked the third time. Loud crowd outside our windows party up until late. We booked for 4 nights but due to condition etc we checked out ater 1 night and went to a cleaner hotel as I have an infant son who is crawling.. Only recommend to couples but not families with young toddlers.

Good price for an overnight stay.
Stayed here overnight as we were traveling from New Zealand to American Samoa. We were in room 6. The bathroom door did open fully and that is because the toilet was right behind the door. Think it had been hit a few times as whole toilet moved. Could not turn the hot tap on in the hand basin Faucet seemed to be stuck. Looked like toilet paper had been thrown up onto the shelf above the toilet. The double bed had been made using twin size sheets (just lucky that there was only one person in that bed or it would have been a fight for bedding). No remote for the AC and so the room got quite cold overnight. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location is great. In the city. No room service. No new towels or sheets. Aircon was not so great and loud. Asked for a shuttle and told it would have a sign saying pasefika inn but it didnt. My wife and I will not be staying here again

Helpful Caring Staff
DRMelo Loved this place. The staff here was SO KIND & helpful. I ended up catching some kind of cold, but the staff helped me a lot & directed me to the correct assistance to get better. I enjoyed my time here, its unfortunate I didnt get to experience more of Samoa cus I was sick, lol. Oh well, at least I know the staff here were very helpful & loving. I also felt very safe here.

Dated Hotel
The hotel is very dated, the rooms were definitely more older then the photos we saw online.Overall hotel needs a renovation and upgrade.Prime location just the condition of the hotel needs a big improvement.

Einfaches, kleineres Hotel in Apia
Da ich bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, wusste ich was mich erwartet. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet mit Betten, älterem Schrank sowie Tisch und Stuhl. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr simpel. Man darf keine grossen Ansprüche haben, aber die Hotels auf Samoa sind einfach gehalten, ausser die grossen Resorts, die dann natürlich auch einiges mehr kosten. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär, wie auf Samoa üblich. Direkt nebenan befindet sich ein Supermarkt, in wenigen Gehminuten ist man am Hafen sowie am Visitor Center. Das Frühstück besteht aus Toast und versch. Früchten. Ich würdedieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen, bei höheren Ansprüchen sollte man aber evtl. doch in einem anderen Hotel übernachten.

Great location but uncomfortable rooms
Good location, swimming pool good, but single beds were bad just a thin mattress on hard wood slats. No tea or coffee making available in the room, felt quite dirty. Breakfast good but parking a bit of a squeeze. Shops are in close proximity and ATM money machine right next door.

Poolen havde været lukket i flere uger, det havde de ikke givet os besked om før vi ankom, og vi måtte selv finde ud af det efter vi var kommet. Vi måtte ikke låne tlf eller internet til at kontakte Expedia. De ville ikke kompensere det det ville koste at bruge nabohotellets pool. Vi måtte ikke tage billeddokumentation til Expedia. Manageren var meget ubehøvlet i telefonen og receptionisten uhjælpsom

definitely....NO FRILLS
Check-in ok. Staff friendly, but hotel very run-down and rooms were dirty. Fridge didn't work, hot water took ages and no pressure. Not even close to the photos on the website.

Weekend Getaway
For the value, it was a great place to stop and go. Beds were comfy, there was hot water and light breakfast serving only coffee for breakfast. For non- coffee drinkers there was no other option unless you bring your own desired drink. For us that just needed a place to rest, shower and move on to the next adventure, it worked out great.

Backpacker feel, good for one night stays.
Older hotel, has a feel like a cheaper backpacker place. Good enough for one night stay relatively near the airport (still 40 minutes drive), but I would not stay for longer, there are nicer places available on the island.

Excellent cheap hotel close to town
Beautiful affordable hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast included, walk into town, taxi stand and laundry across the street. Supermarket/bakery next door. beautiful pool and fale in the back all for a very affordable price.

Great place to stay in Apia with its central location and nice staff. Simple and quite big rooms with bathrooms. Really nice pool and great buffet breakfast (fruit, cocoa rise, toasts, boiled eggs, coffee&tea). Right next to the hotel is local shop open 7 days a week. There is also park space for your cars and security guard all night. When we arrived there was cockroach in our sink, but it's not unusual in Samoa I guess. Value for money.

Wonderful ! ...in a word.
First of all, wonderful staffs !!! All staffs are very kind and friendly. They made me to feel at home. They always tried to do the best for guests and help us (I used same room with Swedish girl.). Very near with supermarket, taxi company, laundary, car rental and sea side. And within 10 min. work there are big supermarket, nice restaurants, 20 min. work to downtown. Only one thing that I must say is the air-conditioner of Rm.#17 was out of order till my check-out.

You get what you pay for
Overall a budget hotel with matching facilities, service and comforts. Run down but location is ok - especially close to nightlife (don't worry you can't hear it). Staff were a mixture. Some totally into it, customer oriented and willing to help. Others were quite rude (stressed). One was both (the tempest). Rooms are all upstairs with no elevator so not great for disabled access. I would only recommend to travellers who don't mind roughing it a bit (it's not a slum or anything).

Could have been better
Mosquitos and Sandflies love eating me, so although the Air conditioning worked well, the window netting had a few holes and the a glass slat was missing. I got eatten a lot.The Staff were fantastic. The WiFi I paid for did not work.

Great budget choice in Apia
Great hotel in a good central location. Clean and simple rooms, friendly staff, nice pool.

Close to the marina and shop right next door
I travellled alone, the hotel was very basic, cool on a hot day, close to everything, great base, quick taxis, shop next door that exchanges money into tala, water was cold in showers in the morning but warm at night....lovely kitchen staff and receptionists.
