Phuc Ngoc Hotel
This property was not as advertised. It did not look like the pictures online. It was not cleaned and the area did not feel safe. We came into the room and instantly left and cancelled the stay and went to find a different hotel. The rooms had a bad smell, ac did not work, and overall was dirty. ...
