"Staff was okay., property was clean and room was okay. Parking was dificult most of the parking was full and the parking bays had worn away with time meaning people without disabled badges was parking in them leaving us to park further away then was good for us that should be addressed, a room we booked had no window in it which it should have been said or declared before hand it had no window as one of us has severe claustrophobia and had to argue to be changed to rooms which probaly should...

"The hotel overall was good, it was clean and the staff where good. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean. The bed was terrible, creaking bed/headboard, the pillows offered no support and the mattress was uncomfortable. Bar was good, breakfast was really good."

"The best hotel stay at for convenience if youre leaving from Terminal 2, short walk to check ins. Previously stayed at Tribe only across the road but what a palaver with parking situation and trying to get to hotel.entrance in the rain. Radisson rooms and beds much better too. Definitely 1st choice for next time."

"It was nice and warm in the room witch I was glad about because the weather was shocking nice clean room and parking was good I would stay again"

"What an excellent and convenient hotel 8 minutes from Terminal 2 in 5 minutes from Terminal 3, add Manchester Airport. We paid an extremely reasonable price for a deluxe double and had an absolutely excellent dinner at the restaurant. We wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, and if you're there you should try the cod and the creme brulee for desert. The room was spotless and so was the rest of the hotel in the staff were extremely helpful in polite. 8 out of 10. The only...

"Bed was so comfortable and lovely pillows too. Spacious room, spotless. Love that it's only a 2 min walk to terminal."

"Good option for a layover"

"Muy buen hotel, cómodo y limpio, el desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable y servicial. Solo un detalle, el establecimiento estaba muy lleno, teniendo dificultades para encontrar espacio disponible."

"Staff were excellent and helpful. Amazing location for T2 departure."

"Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again"

"Within a short walk from the centre of Chester. Good railway links to both Liverpool and Manchester. Nice relaxed atmosphere."

"Clean, comfortable with pleasant, helpful staff. A welcome pack/folder would have been nice. Good to have iron and ironing board provided. A few more hangers perhaps and a more comfortable chair!"

"Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom were clean"
