it is a beautiful property very quiet and secluded, the staff was great and friendly. The only two things I did not like are the very tiny showers in my room and in most rooms, I did not fit to take a shower. And the other thing I did not like is that I payed for a 90 massage and did not get my full time payed. The other problem was that dinner was not served during my three day stay we had to go out to eat.

El baño debería tener toallas para manos o algún gancho para colgar una. El hotel no tiene restaurante y está lejos del centro de Antigua, por lo que no hay más opción que salir en carro a buscar comida. El jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar porque estaba en mantenimiento y no sabíamos. Hay demasiadas calles en mantenimiento por lo que se hace difícil transitar de noche. El personal ha Sido muy amable, atento y con excelente servicio, de eso no tengo queja alguna.

desde mi reserva se comunicaron conmigo. estubieron pendiente de mi llegada. a mi llegada el personal super Amable. me dieron la Habitación No.10 de Pelicula. la verdad para quedarse y disfrutarla mucho mas. Definitivamente un lugar al q regresaria. Habia mucho Calor y abrí la ventana, lo cual fue una genial Idea para los Zancudos. pero a pesar de ese pequeño inconveniente es 10 de 10 el Hotel
