"This property is beautiful day or night. I had better expectations of it and it fell short because the front desk staff wasn’t very serving or informative. When we got there granted it was two hours before check in they said they would contact me when a room was ready but it would be way before check in time of 3pm. From the two members I interacted with, no one mentioned if the hotel had a restaurant , bar etc no info unless I asked specifically. We walked around and didn’t get a message about...

"Good staff but the room needs a proper renovation not only patching: a hole on the bathtub wall was filled with caulking! Patio door frame was not screw properly to the wall, hence the patio door didn’t close. A relatively low issue since we were at a gated hotel. Couple of unwritten ruled unmentioned when booked: fitness center closed every 3rd of the month for maintenance, not allowed to bring exterior food, Easy parking and close to tourism sites"
