We had a wonderful stay at Casa Quetzalli Los Nazarenos. The property is clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our experience special was the service. A special thank you to Mirna, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making us feel comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism really made a difference and elevated our entire experience. Because of Mirna and the rest of the team, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room could have been cleaner, the ceiling had tape stripes covering parts of the ceiling that by the end of our three night stay were falling off the ceiling. They also said they had a laundry service but then said I couldn’t use it even though one of the staff said it was available. There is parking and it is relatively close to everything about a 10 minute walk to anywhere!

A very pretty place, with nice employees. Wifi was broken the 2 days I was there, the staff couldn't help. 5am wakeup noise from the busy street outside my window. A small dog staying in one of the rooms attacked me twice.
