Great place to stay when visiting the area, near to golf. Rooms are brand new while restaurant and swimming pool need remodeling. Breakfast and diner is of high quality.

A fantastic hotel in a lovely countryside location. Good for getting away from it all. The staff were excellent and the breakfast very good. We did the half board option and the evening meals were a bit inconsistent, but didn’t detract from a great stay.

Fab place

Beautiful well maintained convent with super staff and a great offering of local food . Nice surroundings and well appointed room . Please remember aircon type is dependent on the season . So winter only heating is available and summer only cooling - which means if you fee hot at 15 degrees in April you have no choice to cool the room

la piscina para ser abril y no tenerle climatizada, nos indicaron que ya habian empezado temporada de verano, esto suena a cuento ya que con el hotel al completo y nadie se podia bañar en ese agua fria. El jacuzzi tampoco estaba a los 35º que marcaba en su cartel, agua templada.

Hotel fantástico para desconectar. Edificio histórico muy bien conservado a pocos minutos en coche del centro de Antequera. Personal muy amable. Aunque lo tenía contratado no pude probar el spa por falta de tiempo. La habitación y el baño amplios y muy agradable. No es un 5 estrellas. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable. Repetiré.

Something other-worldly about this place

Beautiful location, outside of the charming town of Antequera. We went at the coldest time of year and it felt almost challet-like with open fire and use of the Jacuzzi. The staff were really helpful and the food it the bar was really good. Personally really enjoyed a bit of old-school charm.

Hotel has got some interesting characters. In my view, it was 4 stars not 5 stars that they claimed. I am afraid that there are outdated facilities and a lack of staff. Breakfast is OK but not 5 stars.

Beautiful location and building

Fantastic location, peaceful with beautiful views over the mountains. Close proximity to Antequera and El Torcal. Hotel is a converted 16th century convent and is a very interesting building. Room however has a leek in the ceiling in the hallway, a half drank bottle of beer in the mini fridge, used toiletries and a dusty and damp smell in general. Such a pity for such a fantastic building and location.

Magnifique endroit, arrivée de nuit, le charme opère immédiatement. Tout est all inclusive, spa, parking, petit déj. Accueil plus qu'aux petits soins. Literie exceptionnelle et calme absolu. Par contre le petit déj n'était pas à la hauteur DU TOUT. Attention, chambre 101 sans fenêtre, mais grand cachet. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre.
