"Arrived after a late flight. Only 5 mins in taxi. Lovely modern hotel with very nice rooms and nicely decorated public areas. Despite being close to the airport, there was no outside noise. Nice drink before bed, and lovely continental breakfast before heading on holiday. Would definitely stay here again."

This is frustrating and made checking in more difficult. However, it was much better to deal with a person at the hotel rather than a virtual check-in, which we have had in the past which has terribly wrong. "Booked a king superior room. Bed was huge, but the hotel does not provide any water or tea/coffee maker. Of course you can order room service or use the mini bar. I was expecting a bottle of water and a coffee maker. I paid for spa access and enjoyed the facilities. I thought the breakfast buffet was ok. "
