"We had a lovely stay at Akra Hotel and were particularly impressed by the majority of the staff. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Tuna and Islam. They greeted us so warmly, made special arrangements for our anniversary and always said hello whenever we passed. Islam also gave us an amazing room — middle floor, middle room, with an unbelievable view! The pool staff were fantastic. They were friendly, very quick with drinks and payments, and always tried to help guests find available loungers. When our belongings were moved one day, they kindly explained why and were very helpful. The bar staff were mostly friendly, apart from one lady working evenings who was quite miserable whenever we asked for something. We asked for tea to take to our room and, unlike the other staff, she made us feel as though it was an inconvenience. The room itself was beautiful and our cleaner was lovely, but I felt the cleaning could have been more thorough. Despite tipping daily, the floor was never properly mopped and sweeping was minimal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beautiful rooms, incredible views and welcoming staff made it a memorable anniversary, with special thanks to Tuna and Islam for making us feel so welcome."

When our son needed medical attention, he went out of his way to help us. He kindly wrote a note in Turkish for us so that we could find the nearest hospital. This was extremely helpful, especially during a stressful moment when we were worried about our son. His kindness, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot to our family. Even though we don’t know his name, we hope the hotel knows exactly who we mean — the wonderful white-haired gentleman at reception. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. We truly appreciate it and will never forget it."

"5-7min walk to Sigorta tram station. Sok and A101 2 min walk for pick up drinks, snacks etc. we had family room for one night. Location is good as it’s on a tramline with easy access to city centre. The family room had a joining room for the children. Air conditioning in room was ok. A but outdated but for the price of around £40-50 per night including breakfast is not bad. Biggest issue was the bathroom. It didn’t have exhaust fan and therefore stuffy, humid and smelly. Also every time you flush there was clean water leaking in to the bathroom floor, which is a health hazard as you can slip and hurt yourself. Overall good place to stay for a night or two but you need to be a bit thick skinned and lower your expectations. If you’re looking for somewhere to sleep only for a few hours a night, then you can’t go wrong. The staff are very friendly and very kind and helpful. Thank you Seven City Hotel."

"Everything was really good, the room was clean, the staff was very helpful, the breakfast was excellent, however they had one system where if you open the windows the AC would instantly turn off so this prevented us from opening the windows which caused a lot of suffocation since AC air isn't fresh. The hotel itself outside the rooms, except for reception is really humid and suffocating but I think that's expected in a location like Antalya that's really close to the sea."

The hotel is family friendly. The breakfast is delicious and always trying to present new dishes. There numbers of cafes, buffet resturants near by, all amenities few step from the hotel.The AC is very cold, comfy beds, everything was more than expectations."
