It was amazing! It was very cozy and comfortable, the staff was so kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and recommend if you are looking for something close to everything but still quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent small hotel in the old town

The hotel is conveniently situated in the old town with restaurants and shops only a stone's throw away and only a few hundred meters from a tram stop that easily can take you around the city and also to the airport. The rooms are very spacious and clean with big and comfortable beds. There was also a waterboiler and a fridge in the room so it was nice to be able to sit down in the nice armchairs enjoying tea/coffee or a cold drink after a long day of walking. And be sure not to miss the excellent breakfasts that during the warmer days are served in the garden by the pool and the lemon tree. Overall the staff is very friendly and service-minded so one doesn't have to hesitate to ask any questions one might have. In summary, a hotel I highly recommend without any hesitation!

Der Gastgeber war ein hervorragender Gastgeber: freundlich, herzlich aufmerksam und warmherzig. Unsere Suite war sehr sauber, gross, elegant und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Excellent stay

Hotel with less than 10 rooms which means the service is fantastic. Everything was seamless, the room is very spacious and clean and the jetted tub is so good after a day of walking around. Location is in the heart of the old town (Kaleici).

Great location in lovely character hotel

Hakan the Manager was helpful and attentive during our stay. This is a lovely old hotel full of character, the room was lovely and our only negative would be it had only one small window so we had to have the lights on even in daylight. Internet was good, breakfast amazing and the location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the old town.

This is the third time we have stayed at Eski Masal .Always a pleasure to stay at this luxurious hotel .The owner and staff cannot do enough during your stay ...highly recommended .Hotel is centrally located ,close to bars restaurants and a short walk to the harbour and close to shopping centre

The property is in the heart of Old Town. Everything is in walkable distance. The staff are helpful and amazing. My wife and I were on honeymoon, so they welcomed us in a nice way. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Where do I start!! The hotel was prot the worst hotel I’ve ever staid in! The breakfast was extremely poor with very little choice, there was one member of staff who tried the rest of them were absolutely useless. The room was very tired looking and the bathroom was horrible, no toilet seat lid, the shower was inside a jacuzzi bath that you had to climb up steps to get into. There was no hot way on our last two days.

this is a small boutique hotel so it has limitations, but it is very well-located and offers interesting rooms and suites. Service is good. Take a short walk to the harbor and eat or relax with a magnificent view. The old town location is great. Special thanks to Hakan for good friendly service and making me a delicious omelet for breakfast.

Fabulous hotel

We have stayed in a number of hotels in Kaleici and this is by far our favourite .The room was massive, with dressing area and bathroom with massage shower ,huge jacuzzi bath and twin sinks.Bottled water provided daily ,dedicated wifi extender ...so many things to mention.Breakfast was perfect ,selection of cheeses ,salami,olives etc and a choice of eggs .The location is fabulous.. close to many restaurants and bars ..We will certainly be back
