"This was our second stay at Swandor Topkapı. While we enjoyed our first visit more, we still had some positive experiences this year.
Unfortunately, our room was not as comfortable as before, the beds could have been better, and the air conditioning was not working properly. We also felt that the customer relations team could have been friendlier and more attentive. We appreciated Efe Bey listening to our problems and trying to problem solve.
On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Hürrem Restaurant. Şükrü was an exceptional waiter who provided outstanding service. Sadabat had a pleasant personality. The music was wonderful and added to the pleasant atmosphere.
We hope these areas can be improved, as the hotel has many great qualities and we would like to see it return to the high standard we experienced during our first visit."
