I arrived an hour early and had no problem checking in. The staff were very helpful. The room was lovely and generally clean. However, I booked a room with a jetted tub and it could have done with a better scrub; it was leaking into the bedroom. I got up in the middle of the night and almost slipped in the puddle. Other than that, the hotel and stay was fine.

On arrival at 3am I was quickly and efficiently shown to my room which was fantastic as I was visiting for a dental appointment at 9am. The curtains in the room were hanging off their track meaning they couldnt be cloaed ajd there was a large electrical wire expoaed and hanging from the smoke alarm (the actual smoke alarm was sitting in the wardrobe) The next morning they changed my room whixh qas alot better. The breakfast inclused was very limited - sxrambled egg and boiled egg on most morning was the only warm option. It was OK foe my 3 day dental trip and handy location for Terra shopping and dental practice not to mention the cliff front patb

Clothing was taken from my room and nothing done about it … Had to share an AC remote with the testing the hotel that had to be chased down every day when I came back to the room

Disappointing

Honestly I would not stay here again. The hotel is right by 2 clubs, the rooms are not soundproof and I had to change rooms twice and still encountered problems with the next room wether it be by a broken sink or a broken shower head. The elevator did not work, and I had to carry my luggage to the fifth floor. The workers were nice but that’s about the only nice thing about the stay.

Teras light didn't work for the jacuzzi so we had to ask for candles, they ordered but we had to pay them ourselfs. Room telephone didn't. Elevator and hallway strongly smelled like piss, minibar was completely empty. All in all not a good stay, bad service and broken and non functioning facilities.

Hieno hotelli

Huone oli todella siisti ja hotelli myös. Huoneet oli hienosti sisustettu. Pääsimme kirjautumaan 2h ennen check-in:niä. Olimme hotellilla vain illan, kun halusimme illaksi nukkumapaikan, ennen yön lentoa. Hotellin sivuilla luki että äänieristetty, mutts yläkerrasta kuului hengareidenkin putoaminen sekä kadulta melu. Suihkusta tuli vain kylmää vettä.

hayatımın en kötü konaklaması.

Otele girdiğimizde asansörlerin orda bi lağım kokusu çarptı suratımıza. Odamız beklediğimizden küçüktü ve asla temiz değildi. Yerde başkasının çorabı vardı ve lavabo arkasında kullanılmış jilet başlığı vardı. Temizlik olarak berbattı. Çarşafta yanıktan oluşan delik vardı. Cidden insan utanır böyle bi hizmet sunmaya. Ama malesef ki daha bitmedi. En fiyaskosu ise duş. Bu duşu yapan iç mimar kör olmuş arkadaşlar. Duşakabinle klozet arasında hiçbir şey yok ne bi duvar ne bi cam ne bir perde. Duşa girdipinizde eşik yapılmamış 5 dk kalsanız bile tüm duş -evet tüm duş- su içinde kalıyor terlikleriniz yüzüyor böyle suda. Böyle bi iç dizayn yaparsanız tabi ki rutubet olur. Bizim odamızda çok rutubet yoktu ama duvarlar yine de çatlamış yer yer sararmıştı. Klozet kırık ve iyi temizlenmemişti. zaten oturamadık bile üzerine. Bir daha asla ama asla tercih etmem. Yeriniz iyi nası olsa müşteri geliyor diye de bu kadar boş verilmez. Hizmet sunuyorsunuz güya ayıp gerçekten. Sabahın köründe kaçarak çıktık otelden.

Nicht wie auf den Bildern, es ist eher ein Hinterhof Motel, deshalb wohl auch ab 18 Jahren. Ich kann mich den Negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Schimmel, undichte Fenster, Stromausfall, kein Warmwasser, Hygiene Mangel, Defekter Aufzug, Defekter Pool, ( bekomme schon wieder Gänsehaut wenn ich an den Aufenthalt denke) wir konnten zum Glück nach 3 Stunden Aufenthalt sofort wieder aus dem Hotel auschecken und in ein anderes Hotel einchecken dank Expedia.

Özel bir gece için özel bir oda tercih etmiştik,fakat özel bir oda olmasından geçtim extra ücret karşılığında küçücük bir mum ışığı istememizdeyse dalga geçer gibi posetiyle 4 tek mum alınıp masaya bırakılması.....sosyal medyadaki görüntülerle gerçekler arasında dağlar kadar fark var.tebrik ederim ki sosyal medya yonetmeniniz çok basarili ayrıca internet adresinizdeki TLF ise sizden uzun zaman önce ayrılan bir şahsın telefonu kayıtlı . oda resmen koku (tuvalet ) içindeydi ,jaguzi kısmı ise su küvet dışına sızma yapıyordu sıcak su yoktu denecek kadar kötüydü, jaguzi resmen halka açık şekildeydi üst kısmı perde dışardan rontgenlensin diye tasarlanmış gibiydi, aşağı katta bir odaydi ve aşağı inip odaya yoneldigimizde diğer odadan özel kelimeler resmen tüm şeffaflığı ile duyuluyordu yalıtım sıfırdı.jaguzi kısmında suya girmekten geçtik kiyafetlerimizi çıkarmak bile tedirgin ediciydi.ucret konusunda kesinlikle kıyaslama yapılacak olursa uygun fiyat değildi yani bu fiyata bu oda denilemez asla.otel.mudur ile konuşmamızda bir sonraki konaklamada telafi edilebilir gibisine bir konuşma yapıldı ama bu kadar mahremiyetin olmadığı bir konaklamada ikinci kez ziyaretimiz olur mu ?? Einige Sachen stimmen nicht ganz. Die sprechen nur türkisch und gerade mal so englisch. Der Fernseher ist keine 82 zoll. Eher ein nirmaler kleiner Fernseher. Und die Bilder sind eher täuschung als realität. Für den Preis bin ich mir nicht sicher ob es sich lohnt. Der Whirpool hat einige kleine Mängel. Und ein Tag war einfach ca. zwischen 10-11 laute arbeiten.

We stayed in the room with the jetted tub, which is on the bottom floor of the hotel. The room is very small and unfortunately it is quite noisy (we could hear the reception telephone ring from the room).

Yastıklar çok yüksek ve rahatsız Jakuzili odalar bodrum katında ve basık ilk girişte bizi karşılayan hanımefendi kibardı ama sonrasında çıkışta olan hanımefendi ilgisiz ve kaba. Odaya giriş yaptığımızda yeni temizlenmişti eksikler vardı, duş başlığı kırıktı.Sadece perdeler ve odanın karanlık olması iyiydi.

İyi konum ancak eksiklikler var

Oda tozluydu, pandemi döneminde odanın temiz verilmemesi bizi tedirgin etti. Ses yalıtımı çok zayıf. Özellikle gece sessizliğinde aynı katta kalan başka misafirlerin odalarına giriş çıkışlarındaki kapı sesleri yüzünden uyuyamadık. Otel ve eşyalar yeni olmasına rağmen odadaki tuvaletin kapısı kapanmıyordu. Kahvaltı tabağı zayıftı, ancak bir gece konakladığımız için bize yeterliydi. Bunlar dışında hizmet olarak iyi karşılandık ve konumu çok iyiydi. Otopark sıkıntısı çekmedik.
