Location was good just a short walk from the coastal path and local shops / restaurants. Room was clean and everything we needed. Common area carpets and room shower needs attention to update. Nice food, pool, amenities and staff. Nothing bad to report! Had a very pleasant stay.

At least it was clean. But all inclusive is not even all inclusive, you have to pay for ice cream and certain spa treatments. The food is limited choice as is a boutique hotel, the staff do not want to help. Our room had several issues such as the hot tub stank when we tried to use it and didn’t work, the staff were unbothered and do not go out of their way to help you. It’s not worth the all inclusive here. Wifi went down a few times, pool is small and closes at 7pm.

This hotel looks superficially very clean and nice upon arrival however the reality of the rooms and hallways is very different. Rubbish from the rooms accumulates in the hallway trash can, and cockroaches were seen both in the rooms and in the hallways. Thankfully once my friend discovered a cockroach they changed the room. However it still left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable for the remainder of our stay. The best thing about this hotel is that they give free bottled water at the bar and transport to the beach (via numerous other hotels). The location is good- near the mall and many restaurants and shops within walking distance. However a warning , the beach club they’re affiliated with offers very basic run down sun loungers and you’re better off walking down to an alternative beach club for better facilities. A couple of the staff I encountered were super friendly and some were the complete opposite. All in all I would never stay here again.

I don't recommend anyone book this hotel for the following reasons:- 1- Unprofessional staff: The receptionist in the lobby refused to give us the shuttle ticket to the beach and selected another family beside us to give them the ticket at the same time. When we asked, based on what you did that selection, he smiled rudely and started justifying that we came late, although we came 20 minutes before the shuttle, but he selected another family to ride it. 2- We discovered later on that there is no private shuttle service to the beach and there is no private beach as well. It is kind of renting a shuttle for 2 or 3 times with other hotels, so they neglected our request to get the shuttle to save some space for another family; also, they are renting a space at the paid private beach. 3- It is not all-inclusive at the beach area; they didn't warn anyone to take some water bottles with them, we bought it for the triple price there. 4- No food at the pool area, no parties or even a DJ at night, no animation at all. 5- Food: they selected the cheapest and smallest items, 6- Not all soft and hot drinks are free. Be cautious. 7- The key of the shower door was broken. We are lucky to have booked only one night there, as we were afraid of the negative reviews about that hotel; we went to another hotel the next day with the same rate but totally different service and treatment. I am inviting regional Expedia to visit that hotel; it is totally different from their description.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL My daughter and I paid £1,025 for a one-week holiday at the hotel. We checked in during the early hours of 8 August 2026, but just 13 hours later we felt that we had no option but to leave the hotel because of the circumstances we experienced. The atmosphere became so uncomfortable and intimidating that we no longer felt at ease remaining there. The severe lack of sunbeds resulted in tension and verbal aggression between guests. On one occasion, the situation escalated to the point where hotel staff had to intervene to prevent a physical fight. My daughter and I found this extremely intimidating and upsetting, and we did not feel comfortable or secure staying at the hotel. As a result, we had to leave after only approximately 13 hours of a holiday. Furthermore, because we were unable to remain at the hotel, I was then faced with the additional and unexpected expense of over £1,000 to secure alternative accommodation. This was a substantial additional financial loss that I would not have incurred had the original hotel been of an acceptable standard and had we been able to complete our booked stay. During our very short stay, we experienced a number of additional serious issues, including: - The carpets in the hotel corridors were visibly ripped, stained and in poor condition. - Cats had fouled in the hotel corridors, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. - Despite the holiday being sold as all-inclusive, it is NOT.

This is not 5 star hotel, it is maximum 2 star. Very ride staff, 1 small bottle shampoo and 2 bars of hand soap for whole 6 night stay for 2 people, 1 cup ,empty broken fridge, very dirty rooms, no bedding, no duvet ,there is towel instead duvet, horrible hotel. Does the regional manager of expedia visited this hotel? The most important, it is NOT all inclusive hotel,it full board hotel with the same food everyday on certain time. Ice coffe, turkis coffee, juices, cocktails all extra cost, what is all inclusive?

Absolutely fantastic, staff and hotel was amazing, we stayed in the Delphin Imperial in February which is a 5 star plus and very posh, we then came to the Laren Family hotel in August because it was closer to the dentist, it was beautiful we preferred this hotel the Laren family hotel is a little gem, all the staff are so friendly and helpful and the night manager was amazing to everyone, he made sure everyone got the best holiday ever.. We will definitely be coming back to the Laren Family hotel.. Thank you all for making our holiday special. Mostly relaxing. Great staff

My stay was short and was just to relax after a short backpacking trip from Romania through Istanbul. The hotel and amenities are generally good. It is mostly used by medical tourists so expect seeing people of various states of medical procedures. They advertise a free bus to the beach. But it wasn’t running during my visit. The spa costs are incredibly expensive in comparison to local providers. Food good and changes daily, staff are attentive and happy. Silly rules that don’t allow you to take a single biscuit from the restaurant to eat with your coffee in the lounge let it down a bit. And the sun only hits the pool area in the morning and is in the shade in the afternoon.

Great little place to stay. We loved it here. Had 2 rooms and full board. The staff were amazing. We had a hotel customer service rep meet us on arrival, she spoke really good English and explained everything clearly to us. She was at hand everyday to answer questions and would come up to us and ask us if everything was ok with our stay. The rooms were modern and kept clean by housekeeping daily. The pool and bar/ reception area to sit was well maintained. The dinning hall was exceptional and the food choices were vast. The restaurant staff were also really lovely. Free shuttle to and from the beach 3 times a day. You get a private part of the beach you can use and there is a bar / restaurant serving food and cold drinks. We booked 2 excursions thought the hotel and were promptly picked up and dropped off at the hotel after them. Loved it here and the closeness to the sea is really good to walk to.
