"The hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and overall presentation are excellent, and the staff are generally hardworking and polite. However, the hotel appears heavily oriented toward families with young children, and the room sound insulation is insufficient for this type of environment. We experienced ongoing disturbances from children running, screaming, loud conversations, and doors slamming in nearby rooms and corridors. While the hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and general presentation were excellent, the ongoing noise issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately, the hotel staff's handling of our concerns also left us disappointed, so we are unlikely to return."

"They misled me. Before I booked, I was told I’d be able to extend my stay by a few hours, but after I completed the booking, they changed their answer and said it wasn’t possible. I was left to wait around in the lobby for 4 hours….I was more than happy to pay the additional fee, I did also specify everything in detail, yet I was repeatedly told NO"

"Overall a very good experience for a solo male traveller. Minor things like the limited available lifts as some were not working. Waiting time for drinks in the buffet were the only let down. This wasn't a circumstance of a queue, but staff making conscious decisions on prioritising finishing their task like setting table or sometimes conversation with their colleague instead of complying to the drink request. However, staff service overall was very good. I had an issue and lovely female staff member with the blonde hair and her brunette colleague at the land of legends, stand took the time to attempt troubleshooting. Although I was not able to get a satisfactory achievement regarding external transport issue, this was a learning curve as I did not have a Turkish sim and had limited problem solving at my disposal. I still appreciated the multiple troubleshooting angles both female staff members took. Very high praise. The staff are over all very friendly and make you feel welcome and do take the time to assist you and translate into English. The security is excellent. I went for a stroll after 9pm via bike route and and when I entered via the front gate of the Rixos around 11pm I was challenged. This is excellent as although I don't have kids, clearly they take safety very seriously challenging anyone who approached the front gate. It was my birthday and they left a lovely gesture in my room it was not my interest wine but still a lovely gesture. I rate Rixos 4/5"

"I had a wonderful stay and felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. Mehmet at reception greeted me on my first day and helped me check in smoothly. Ahmet at reception also went out of his way to help me sort out my safe and was always smiley and friendly. The breakfast area was lovely, and Zehra was incredibly helpful. She even used her phone to help break the language barrier and assisted me with ordering my food, which I really appreciated. Haci, the Spa Manager, was very bubbly and made sure guests were offered the best spa experiences and deals, including the Turkish bath, hot stone massage, sauna, and steam room. Fitri gave me a fantastic Turkish bath, body massage, and facial treatment — very relaxing and professional. Manager Emel was also amazing and kindly prepared a lemon, cinnamon, mint, and water drink to help with digestion after meals. Such a thoughtful touch! The pool area was big, clean, and very relaxing. I also loved having a balcony with the room, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room cleaners, chefs, and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. There were also good shopping areas and restaurants nearby, which made the location even better. Overall, the staff truly made this hotel special with their kindness and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travellers."
