"This was our second stay at Akra Antalya, and we truly love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the food is excellent both at the buffet and by the pool.
A special thank you to Omar at the front desk for his professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness. Fatihhan, our server by the pool, was also exceptional, always attentive and serving with a smile.
There are a few areas that could be improved. Service at the beach was consistently slow, and we once waited 45...

"Rooms were cleaned and hotel was spotless.
Staff rude and unhelpful not allowed in with juice or milk for your room was followed to the pool by security when I informed him I was going to ask my partner to come outside to eat an ice cream..!
Absolutely ridiculous way to treat guests .."
