"Tout d'abord, l'adresse et itinéraires indiqués par Hotel.com ne correspondent pas du tout à l'adresse de l'hôtel. Il y a deux résidences Zenitude au Havre et autant dire qu'il ne faut pas se tromper (l'autre est dans un quartier délabré et l'accueil téléphonique fut une très mauvaise expérience).
Arrivés à la (bonne) résidence, on ne comprend pas trop. En effet, il s'agit clairement d'une résidence pour Seniors mais certaines chambres semblent être allouée aux voyageurs. Curieux concept quand...

"Hygiène irréprochable, accueil chaleureux sourire et bonne humeur, autant pour les agents d'accueil que pour les employées d'étage que je croisais le matin. Un simple sourire et un rire peuvent illuminer une journée. Autant de qualités qui peuvent faire la différence.
