"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."

"Wonderful location next to the castle. A short walk from the train station. We were able to leave our stuff before check-in and after check out in the storage room which was very convinient. The manager was very nice and helpful, he came to great us and ask about our time at breakfast which was lovely. He even had skiing suggestions for us. The room was nice and spacious, perfectly fitting 4 people. We also had a big balcony. Breakfast was nice with plenty of options. "
