"I booked this trip to surprise my partner for his birthday, he has been in travel for over 40years I was hopeful that I could impress him. On arrival the member of staff was not very welcoming, I was handed the key fob, sign this form pay the tax, off you go. No information re breakfast where it was served plus times, as a result we ate out. Our room was as expected, very clean, quite small. The view was stunning, next to the window hung a curtain that covered the rest of the wall, on pulling it back I expected another window, no window ! not sure why the curtain was there. Shame the hotel didn’t acknowledge my partner’s birthday, a simple card would have been appreciated. I would recommend the hotel only if I could guarantee the attitude of the staff was improved "

"This place is a scam! The staff told us breakfast was included and then charged us $85. When I spoke with the manager she said she couldn't confirm what her staff said so there is nothing she could do. The pictures of the pool and spa online are completely misleading. It is gross. We walked in and walked right back out. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"I didn’t notice on my booking confirmation that building work was being carried out. If I had, I would have cancelled my booking. Our bedroom which was new was lovely but there was just a lot of plaster dust about due to the ongoing works. And it would be impossible to have a sleep beyond 9am due to the building works. The breakfast was very nice but there only were fruit or green tea. No breakfast tea. The room had an nepresso machine with a few capsules but no milk or coffee cups. Would recommend this hotel post building works but bring a kettle, tea, cups and milk. "
