Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel and rooms look beautiful, but poor property maintenance. Things don't seem to get fixed or upgraded when they deteriorate. Elevators haven't been working well for a while. Toilet water pressure is awful. One of the mattresses was caving in. Lamp not working. ...

Check in was good. Great location for the price. Breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. Only thing was the squeaky bathroom door but I will definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊
