"I tried to cancel this reservation(the day of). It was due to a surgical procedure. I could reach no one by phone either at Expedia or the hotel. And, the trip insurance is ridiculous. I'm sure you make it so hard so no one will do it. Very disappointed. Will not use Expedia again."
