"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."

"We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. "The hotel service was not up to the mark & the room quality was also not too good, at the time of cleaning room they take chocolate form my room which was very expensive. When we were not in the room at that time the hotel staff use the room that is very very cheap habit. I not tell and put board for room cleaning then also they clean my room and at that time they take chocolate away from room. "

"First room was noisy with old a/c. Moved room. Rooms are tired and dated and bedding seems dirty. Noise was terrible into the early hours. Youngsters running riot. We could hardly sleep. "

"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"We was booked in for 14 nights however only stayed for 2 .The location was good, the room and pool was clean and tidy. Food at restaurant and good. The major problem we had was than the reception would only take cash. We had to get a taxi to take us to several atms to obtain enough cash for two nights. As we would of had the do this for the next fortnight we decided to find a different hotel. We wasted the first 3 days of our holiday because of this. There was not indication that the hotel only...

"The breakfast is too good and there are so many options to have. Rooms are very clean and staff is also very helpful"
