"I stayed at this resort from 10/25-10/29 in the Elite suites and I have no complaints. My television wasn’t working correctly and they promptly replaced both televisions in the room (the suite has a living room as well). We utilized the spa and had a couples massage, the staff were attentive and polite. Food was good as well. The place is really clean! I felt like I was in paradise. Staff were OUTSTANDING"
