"Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast"

"Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

"Nuestra experiencia en Relais Villa Baldelli fue excepcional. Nos sentíamos como dentro de una película. El personal sumamente amable, el desayuno delicioso. "This property met all our needs for a one night stay. It is conveniently located near the train station and near the old town area. The people we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area on the rooftop patio was beautiful. The only negative was that the walks of the room were thin and we could hear neighbors quite a bit. "

"Amazing time. This hotel looks straight out of a movie. We got our rooms upgraded to a suite when we arrived. I couldn’t say enough amazing things about it. We stayed one night and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Highly recommend. The receptionist was super nice and helped us immensely."
