"While the staff was friendly enough, this was the worst place I've stayed in a cross-continental trip of over 3000 miles. There was hot water in the tub, but only warm from the sink faucet, no matter how long you waited. The remote for the TV didn't work; asked for replacement batteries, but was told the "sensor" probably wasn't working. Gave up after a while. No ice bucket in the room. Mediocre breakfast: no hot water at all for things like tea; wonder bread, basically, with no other...
