"We were in Madrid last week and were planning to travel to Sevilla last week for two days and a night at Ocean view hotel. Unfortunately my daughter had a soar throat and bad cold and we decided to postpone our trip to Sevilla one day later. I called and talked to Sergio at the hotel. I explained to him that we are long customer of Hotel.com and explained to him our situation. He was very nice and accommodating. He agreed to change our reservation for the following day without any penalty or extra payment although the notice was late. My daughter cold was not getting good enough for her to travel next day and I had to ask Sergio for the second time to postpone our reservation to the follow my day and he was kind enough to do it. To make the story short unfortunately we ended up not being able to go to Sevilla this time but I was very impressed by this hotel and particularly Sergio and Hotel.com to accommodate us and extend their services. Sergio was very kind and caring and definitely we are going to this hotel next summer because I am sure the hotel is as good as its staff and will use Hotel.con for our reservation because they were very accommodating and considerate as well. Thank you for the good services "

"Amazing experience at Only YOU Hotel Sevilla. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — the entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel made the stay feel special and relaxing. The food was also spectacular and exceeded our expectations. Another huge plus was the location: being so close to the train station made transportation and connectivity throughout the trip extremely easy. On top of that, most of Sevilla’s main attractions are only about a 25-minute walk away, making it a perfect balance between comfort and convenience. We would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sevilla."
