Douglas was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on restaurants and attractions like Melrose Abbey, Abbortford House, and of course, the many walking paths. "We had such a lovely weekend here as a family! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing, and the treatments were amazing. Our room was spacious, super comfortable. The food was delicious — fresh, full of flavour, and delicious. If I had to mention one small thing, the hot tub and pool could have been a little warmer — but that’s honestly the only tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. The whole place has such a calm, luxurious feel, and it was lovely to find somewhere that feels indulgent but still really family-friendly. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we can come back!"
